Cavendish House

Cavendish House was an imposing Edwardian Villa with a small - but beautiful - garden overlooking Lords Cricket Grounds. As a listed building, great care and sensitivity was taken in the overall renovation of the previously-unloved property to reinstate and maintain many of its original features.

The scheme also saw the reinstatement of the property’s luscious garden - designed appropriately for the area - along with the inclusion of a new glass-box side extension to house spaces for informal dining as part of the ultramodern kitchen and family room. The design also included a new deep basement, a gym, a spa, and a cinema room, along with a staff bedroom and associated service rooms.
