Court Lane

The Court Lane scheme offers two five-bedroom detached homes, designed in-line with a contemporary aesthetic that responds to their surrounding context. The design is reflective of the local vernacular of the area to capture its distinctive characteristics with emphasised eaves-lines, bay windows, porches, and set back roof-scapes.

Though modern in style, the materials and colours are consistent with those surrounding them, featuring red and yellow brick, white render bays, and grey roof coverings. The landscape of the domestic garden is also included as part of the considered design approach, and plays an integral role in the overall scheme.
