Surbiton Hill
The Surbiton Hill development replaces an original cluster of outbuildings designed to house a small physiotherapist clinic, with the key challenge found in maintaining the site’s Land Use whilst maximising its awkward shape.
The final mixed-use development includes a clinic, 5 flats, and four houses set above a partially excavated basement parking area. The flats and clinic are housed within a corner-block to address the junction, while the houses continue the unique sawtooth pattern of the surrounding houses.
